If I were to rate them zero stars, I would certainly do so. These individuals, who work in the administrative office, are highly unprofessional and rude. Christina Benoit, the Chief Operating Officer, and Sara Monsour, the Chief Human Resources and Compliance Officer, are no better. After weeks of an unresolved issue with a staff member being inappropriately harsh with me for no reason, these two took minimal action and gave her a counseling session. Highly disappointed in my recent treatment and lack of care from healthcare team here. I left a message with the “patient advocate” who in a very obvious bare minimum way said I’m sorry for how I was treated and pushed me to see a different doctor at a different clinic. lol. What bullshit for being a loyal patient all these years. Instead of making it right and delivering a genuine apology I was basically advised to seek care elsewhere. Pretty disheartening.
Dr. Lisa Gautreau is the best OBGYN i've ever had. I struggle with PCOS & Anxiety and have been to many different doctors over the years and hands down she has been the most knowledgeable, caring, patient & professional throughout my entire pregnancy. She never makes me feel silly for asking questions and helps take away any anxieties or fears I have even if it's something small.
