Dr. Bozic has been a wonderful physician for me. She came to our first appointment prepared with questions having already carefully read the very long intake form I had filled out. She was professional, yet simultaneously sensitive and genuinely caring. I am inclined towards minimal medication and more natural heath remedies which she supports. Been going to this practice for years and years with no problems until recently. Hard to reach staff by telephone. Office Manager, Cree is rude and difficult. She is not helpful when you really need assistance. Took over 2 months for them to approve my medication through my insurance company. Lisa Bozik is a rude Doctor, and she has not met my medical needs. This office used to be very well run. Unfortunately, not anymore.
Just called for a new patient appointment. Blood pressure was stated to the office of 189 over 95 was my reason. I was told she could see me in August. It's January. Moving on.
she is the best my family uses her also we love her & we are so glad she is staying.
