Several rears ago I needed emergency retina surgery for a tear in my retina. Dr Borkowski performed the surgery. After my eye healed, I was able to see as good as before the tear. Eventually scar tissue formed on my retina and I went to Dr Mchale because I thought I needed to have Cataract surgery. Dr Mchale said I have a cataract, but scar tissue was my vision problem.
