I haven't had a bad experience with Lisa yet. She is always just a text or phone call away. She listens to me and if I need her shes fast at getting back to me. I enjoy my visits, Lisa is a very pleasant person.
Lisa has been very supportive helping me get on the right meds, at the right dosage, and meeting with me once a month to check in and answer any questions. My relationships have improved.
Having issues getting anyone to actually call me back to review a charge. I haven't been provided and actual invoice for services yet my bill keeps going up and only receiving info for a payment portal. I was charged for a missed appt that was canceled weeks earlier. I was misdiagnosed and handed random meds..what else? Oh yea. I still can't get a call back to see what I actually owe when I'm calling offering to pay... I'm sure I'll be sent to collections.
