My wife is a patient of Dr Bodon. She is very fond of Dr Bodon. My wife recently had an abnormal study that needs evaluation and attention. It has been over two weeks and we cannot get through to Dr Bodon. I am a physician, and I cannot even get through to this office. This is totally unacceptable. In over 30 years of “being in the business”, I have never experienced this situation. My wife needs answers and care ( both emotional and physical).

I was referred to see Dr. Boden but it is impossible to reach their front offices. I called both her locations and left voicemails for days, no one calls you back. I even contacted Eisenhower Health where she is listed as a doctor to see if they could help me but they gave me the same numbers. I finally pressed the “calling from a doctor’s office” option and spoke with someone who had the new patient coordinator at the Palm Springs location finally call me back. She apologized and was nice and said she got my voicemails but ... read more

Such a frustrating office to deal with. They never answer the phone. If you leave a voicemail, they will never call you back. I’ve tried emailing multiple times and never received a response. Doctor will prescribe medication claiming that insurance won’t it, while I call insurance company directly and it turns out it’s covered. I suspect she’s trying to send medication to a compounding pharmacy where she gets a kick back. On top of that, I keep getting an invoice for a visit I know I’ve paid for. But how would I resolve this... read more
