Lately, life has been a touch challenging. I've always valued massage as a means to cope physically and mentally with life. Lisa has been instrumental in the past few months. She is warm and meets you where you're at that day. She's technically knowledgeable about how to relieve painful spots as well as soothe mental stresses of everyday life. I feel heard and supported by her.
Amazing massage in a calm, earthy atmosphere. I needed the relaxation. It was calming and my shoulders hurt so bad during pregnancy and Lisa calmed and relaxed my muscles. As an aesthetician I use my arms and shoulders a TON and she helped me.
I expect some level of "woo" from massage therapists, but during the massage, Lisa went off on an unprompted anti-vaccine tangent, preaching to me that we "should not be giving shots to babies" as though her massage training gives her any medical expertise whatsoever. Advice for Lisa, make sure your clients agree with your anti-scientific views before you interrupt their massage with dangerous nonsense. My first visit will not be my last! Very relaxing environment and knowledgeable. Felt relaxed and pampered upon leaving.
I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking. She is attentive and carefully considers any concerns you have before, during, and after services. Her facility is well maintained and is a welcoming and calm environment. I look forward to scheduling again soon!
