So kind, caring, and knowledgable. Been my doc. for a very long time. A favorite of nurses.
I have been a patient in that clinic for more than 20 years, they delivered my babies. They used to be great and way more responsive, as the clinic grow, their responsive time reduced. Every single time i have to wait 2 hours until Dr sees me. This is not only the worst part, their front desk lead named Felicia is not polite and smirking when i tried to talk about it. They need to pick a lead who can work with patients. Their office manager VM is always filled and they are not even apologize.
I have been a patient of Dr.Baker for 15 years. She is so very nice, and truly understands when you have concerns about anything. She is easy to talk to, and I can talk to her about anything. She makes those dreaded exams as easy as she possibly can. I would never think of going to any other OB.
