Dr. Walters is the best doctor. She listens thoroughly, and answers all questions without rushing. I followed her from Oceanside, to Syosset because I wouldn’t want any other doctor.
DR Walter is a very caring doctor , Always listens to your problems and try's to find a solution to help you. I recommend her to everyone who asks for a good internist.
Dr. Lisa Walters is nice and personable, but I find the office staff and administration frustrating. The team often feels robotic and not focused on patient care. During my visit, I had to wait an hour to see Dr. Walters, and it seems the office prioritizes profits over patients. Will make it a point to stay FAR away from Optum services / providers.
