Dr. Lisa Walters is nice and personable, but I find the office staff and administration frustrating. The team often feels robotic and not focused on patient care. During my visit, I had to wait an hour to see Dr. Walters, and it seems the office prioritizes profits over patients. Will make it a point to stay FAR away from Optum services / providers.
I had a great experience with Dr. Lisa Walters and her team. I have been a patient of Dr. Walters for about 25 years. She is professional and always a kind, knowledgeable and friendly doctor. She has listens to patients and tries to do her best, helping in every way. The staff’s positive attitude and overall environment made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Dr Lisa Walters to anyone looking for quality care with a personal touch!
My doctor for many years. The absolute BEST!
Dr. Walters is a wonderful doctor. Soothing personality and very thorough professional. Her availability is not great, many times you are booked with the PA. The PA is great too, but sometimes you want to see the doctor! Dr. Walters is a 5 star doctor, without question....however the office staff consists of one great MA whos been there forever, and an assortment of other rude, nasty, know-it-alls with zero compassion.
