If barely they deserve a star for giving minimal help. People come because there is some sort of Spanish translator there but do not recommend at all. They never call back they take years to give you records. They will tell you they lost them or even that you never asked for them and they always blame other employees for their own mistake. Not to mention that some are rude. God bless the few ladies that I met that truly helped and were nice to me.
