I can’t believe how rude and nasty Ms Julie G the RN was to me on the phone, a totally stranger she never met she called me stupid and made rude comments not professional at all . I work in the healthcare field and sometimes I don’t like the responses I get but that doesn’t give me a right to talk to the people on the phone any kind of way . I wouldn’t want her dealing with my patients with such negative energy and behavior.
