Dr Rubinsak kept me informed with every step of my upcoming surgery. Her bedside manners are fantastic and seems to always have a smile. I was very nervous because my surgery was going to be a long procedure. Everything went well and I'm glad I chose her. Also her complete staff is the absolute best. The people were very professional, very courteous. I didn't have a long, wait time. Everything was broken down and explained where I understood. I didn't leave out confused for the news that I received. I left comfortable, everybody in attendance that dealt with me very, very professional, and I would absolutely recommend them to someone else.
