Dr. Theiss is the best! I've been to SEVERAL other vets in Naples area trying to find good care and none compare to the service I received here. I would definitely recommend Dr. Theiss and his team. They are very nice to my dog, Dr. Theiss is very proactive in his approach to my dog's issues. He won't just throw pills at you, he will actually investigate the problem and determine the best course of action.
Hopefully your pet won't have an emergency and need to be squeezed in on a Friday afternoon -- she'll send you to the emergency vet clinic. After being a long term customer, that was it. She didn't even properly diagnosis my dog's glaucoma; per partner did, yes her clinic has a handout on properly diagnosing glaucoma in dogs and what breeds are more prone to it (my mutt's, both breeds were prone). She had the nerve for MONTHS to send a $20. lab bill after I had to put my dog down. I'd never use her again.
