Terrible staff. I called Monday and complained I couldn't sleep. Then Dr calls me back Wednesday and tells me he's going too fill a prescription. Never calls one in. Now I'm fighting with the staff trying too get answer
Dr. Casey is a great PC dr. She is a good listener and always responds to your calls.
I love Dr Casey, and am very sad to see her leave Ochsner. She is the first PCP I've seen in a very long time that actually listens to what you're experiencing and works with you on treatment options, instead of tossing pills at you and telling you to have a nice life.
This office is Incompetent. I have tried to get prescriptions filled for days. Ended up making an appointment to get this done. Was told several prescriptions were going to be sent to the pharmacist. Went to the pharmacist to pick them up and incorrect prescriptions were sent. This is not professional. Just think if patients don’t pay attention. Can’t tell you the last time I saw Dr. Casey.
