How do you handle places that drop you as a client? I had been to this salon 4 times to get medical massages. Always on time or early. Today I had a medical emergency and was only able to give 30 min notice. So I was told I was no longer welcome. If I had given them an hour that would have been fine. I explained the emergency and said they never told me about 30 min cancelation. I am really disappointed because it seemed like a great price. I tried to explain the issue but she wouldn't listen. So far so good. My massages were great. my only challenge is they told me 30 off for my wife after a certain amount of massages and it seemed that increased. doesn't matter as the service is excellent
I think if your working with insurance do not go here . Li will call your attorney Daily . She will call your insurance . Li has no knowledge of the word settlement. She should not do insurance at all . I would never go to her again . She made my life hell. I had to settle early because if her . Also she place Liens on you and when you pay her she says she is not removing it . I have had to take legal action . She acts like not understand !! You all of a sudden not no English!!!
