I would give a negative star if it was possible. I have never been here and I'll never will gohere or purchase gift certificates again after what happen with my granddaughter. I bought my granddaughter $120 gift certificate, After her Massage she paid with her certificate and gave the therapist a "tip". The person that gave her a massage started complaining to her and throwing her hands up that she did not receive a big enough "tip". And told her that she needed to give her more money.
