I got to come here twice using Groupons while they were still being honored. Once it was given as a gift, other bought for myself. The experience was relaxing and the employees seem hardworing, although I found the comments during the scalp analysis to be too simplistic. I was told my hair is oily before the wash and clean after, which seems predictable. However, I am concerned about the business practice here esp, after reviewing the negative reviews.
