I had highlights today done by Li. She basically assaulted me !! She pulled my me from the back of my hair when I tried to sit up while she was washing my hair because she was arguing with me about leaving toner in my hair too long because she was doing another customer . And then proceeded to lie that I’m the one who hit her !! She is a liar , a bully also !She is not only rough like another reviewer commented , she is VIOLENT and AGGRESSIVE. Li’s hair salon is a great place. I’ve been going for years. Li is reliable and efficient . All the staff are friendly. Definitely recommend their services
This kind of layering on hair is unacceptable. It’s so choppy and one side hasn’t been touched. I’m so heartbroken to walk around like this mess. I’m calling for a refund
