I came in to Liquorland South Melbourne to buy a last minute gift for a friend's 21st and was very happy with the customer service and the extensive knowledge displayed by the staff member. I believe it was the Store Manager working, he was very friendly and gave me an immediate greeting upon entry as well as a very polite request for my ID. Afterwards, he asked questions to understand what I was after and guided me to the red wine section where he gave three relevant recommendations for what to buy.

If you are lucky enough to be In the store when cam is working you won't only leave with a smile from his fun cheeky attitude towards customer service but he has a wealth of knowledge and ideas how to use most most things in the store. His years of experience in bars is paying off.
Worst customers service. Choose an other liquor shop. The staff are having the pleasure to not welcoming you in their shop.
