Very friendly team, loved shopping at Liquorland Seymour, store nice and tidy and team go above and beyond to help their customers, will definitely be returning to shop at Seymour Liqourland.
I just visited Liquorland to pick up a few drinks. What really disappointed me was the difference in the way customers were being treated. While I was waiting in line, the staff member was greeting the customers in front of me, chatting with them, and asking if they needed a bag. However, when it was my turn, I wasn’t greeted at all, and I wasn’t asked if I needed a bag either. This was despite it being pretty obvious that I was struggling to carry multiple cans. Poor service total disregard to Christmas extend hours
Good range, but little boy serving on Sun 23/11 could do with a spruce up in customer service. A bit of cheer or stringing a sentence together would be good. Unfortunately it's not the first time I have experienced this at the store. 😟
