Terrible experience today that cost the store and brand both business and reputation. The lady working this afternoon with two other males became rude and displayed poor customer service following an inquiry about a price match. After rejecting an online price I asked for more specifics about the policy and whether the store had to be 50k or 35km ect. which she didnt know. Called at Liquorland Narangba today looking for a specific bottle of sav blanc, they received a delivery which was yet to be unpacked, when looking on the shelf I could not see brand required due to stock covering half the bay, I asked the girl at the counter if they had the brand I required, thinking she could look this up. Instead she took me back to where I had been and then looked at the stock covering the bay and said don't have the brand required, she was to lazy to move the stock to check.
