Donald at Miranda mall store today displayed the epitome of empathy n professionalism I'm a disabled man who lost his phone in the store He could see I was distressed and searched for phone but we couldn't locate it I came back and hour later and he remembered I'd been in cool room and located and soon as saw me smiled and gave me my phone He spent spare moments when store was quiet to go out of his way to find it I hope this gets back to management and he receives the accolades and promotion he resoundedly deserves Thank yo... read more
