Lovely friendly girl on checkout counter, visited approx 930 on monday morning gr8 deals on my wines .
My husband and I adore the younger lady with the tattoos who is usually working on the Sunday morning around 10:30am.. unsure of her name …. We purchased our favourite tipple.. as always 🍷 . Always a pleasure to see this young ladies bright smile and delightful conversation. Thank you - Marion 🙂

Very rude & naive customer service.
I am 23 years old and legally able to purchase alcohol, yet I was REFUSED service simply because my younger brother was standing next to me. I have never experienced anything like this before. The worker was clearly on some sort of power trip — the way he spoke to us was rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. No greeting, no basic courtesy, just a blunt “IDs guys” as if we were some annoying underage kids trying to get away with something.
