Very rude & naive customer service.
I am 23 years old and legally able to purchase alcohol, yet I was REFUSED service simply because my younger brother was standing next to me. I have never experienced anything like this before. The worker was clearly on some sort of power trip — the way he spoke to us was rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. No greeting, no basic courtesy, just a blunt “IDs guys” as if we were some annoying underage kids trying to get away with something. Tried to put through 3 ubereats orders. Each time cancelled for no reason. After the second time I rang and asked why. One of my items were out of stock. Removed that item. Put through another order. Cancelled and then switched to store unavailable. Still 30 mins from closing. Very disappointed, seems like the worker just couldn’t be bothered….
