Awful unfriendly staff yelling at people as they walk through the door, threatening not to serve my wife because I'd already bought a bottle of wine that day. It's bad enough that you need ID when you're well over age without the staff being rude and unhelpful.
Refrigerated wine was much more expensive than off the shelf for the same wine
