We did not have a great experience with this retailer. We bought some brand name fragrances to give as Christmas gifts. (so we thought) We were shortly made aware later that our purchases were not real / knock offs. Not wanting to give family & friends fake gifts for Christmas. We emailed a request to return the items for a refund’ as we were not aware of this at purchase. .. In short. We were denied a refund. Unfortunately I’m disappointed with my experience here. I purchased a Lego set for my son’s birthday and when he come to building it, it was all opened and mixed into one bag; and missing a noticeable amount of pieces, he couldn’t get past the first 10 steps of building. As a single mom, this broke my heart in more ways than one. I cannot afford much for his birthday, but when I do I expect it to be complete. I will not be returning nor recommending this business.
