Wow. I had an amazing experience at the Midksnd store. I bought a neck fan ladf week. It worked great so I threw away the packaging a d the receipt. But it wouldn't take a charge. I tried repeatedly. Nothing. So I went to the store today. The woman at the cash immediately said "oh yes, I remember you" She took me to see a woman in their back room workshop who said "here, take mine, it's fully charged and workshop great.
