I purchased a pallet, booked half a day of work off, rented a van, showed up to pick up the pallet and the contents of the pallet were misrepresented. Instead of four TVs it was rugs and random house items. I received a refund but received no compensation for the error by the organization.

Don’t know what’s wrong with unloading guys. You bring trailer to them for unloading they just look at you as if they never wanted to have you on dock. Have done couple of deliveries. Especially the South Indian guy working deals with you unprofessionally. Refused to use washroom while the other fellow driver used it. Come on if you have problem working don’t spoil someone else’s day. You are doing your job and drivers are doing theirs.

I am doing reselling from over year. I received 10 items in pallet where i paid almost $1000, none of the items were complete. I know there are risks involved in this business like 20-30% items may be faulty, but for them it was 100% GARBAGE, I cant even sell them for 50 dollars. Will never buy anything from them. I am really surprised how these frauds are in business. I received whole lot of garbage which i have to throw for them. Beware.
