very unprofessional staff
The shipping consolidation is a scam, they don’t let u consulate 1pcs item to go with your other shipment. Thats why u consolidate to save for shipment but it doesn’t work that way for them. Paying for a$15 item on the auction with a shipping of $42, how is that possible. Such a rip off. Then if you cancel you need to pay $200.
Absolutely DO NOT buy here. Bought a full truckload, and it is horrific. Not only will I not get my investment back, but the amount of garbage is unbelievable! Just don’t bother. I am pretty sure they are using us to get rid of their garage and nothing more. Stay far far far away.
the South Indian guy working deals with you unprofessionally. Refused to use washroom. This facility is not driver friendly
I purchased a pallet, booked half a day of work off, rented a van, showed up to pick up the pallet and the contents of the pallet were misrepresented. Instead of four TVs it was rugs and random house items. I received a refund but received no compensation for the error by the organization.
