It was ok until my last 5 in a row bids that i won. I tried to give them multiple opportunities hoping it would turn around. Every box had expired or damaged products. My last box spent $1000 and half of the pallet was damaged or expired. In the course of my last 5 pallets I spent over $4000 and made back under that because the high priced items were missing, broken, expired, or open causing me to lose alot of money. I can no longer give them my money. Very dissatisfied.

After reading all negative reviews, k was pleasantly surprised with how quickly I got the pallets, how friendly the staff was and everything was easy and accurate.

Short version. They sell gift cards the companies that have been out of business for 2 years, gift cards that the businesses say are counterfeit. They sell lots as customer returns that have almost 100% failure rate. I have punitive penalties if you happen to miss a pickup even if they contributed to the failure to pick up.
