After sale support is none existent, they told us after they have.no techs and they are "new"
Horrible experience, we where told by the selling rep about the amazing service , then he quit and now we are left with a new rep and a manager refusing to deal with issues The electriction made a bad connection and has agreed to pay for the repairs , Liquidation Spa has done nothing to make this an easier process. The higher interest rate, which increased the biweekly premium, wasn't due to my credit score or specific to me.
