I wanted to bring to your attention my disappointing experience at your store. The staff was rude and the pricing was exorbitant compared to brand new items at other retailers. I compared the price of an item at your store to that of Costco, and it was clear that your item was a used, returned item being sold at a higher price. When I raised this issue with the manager, I was met with indifference and was told to buy it at Costco if I didn't like the pricing. Needless to say, I will not be returning to your store. I'm a regular, the store has its flaws that Ryan the owner could easily fix but seems to walk the store with his eyes closed. The store has big sections with boxes piled high that you can't get to even see ... Why ... If you can't see it or access it then you can't sell it. The right hand side of the store is a mess and past the appliances it's just a dumping ground. The store has lots of old or damaged vacuums that have been collecting dust for years just blow them out and move on ... Ryan doesn't see the clutter or the los... read more
