J'ai acheté des écouteurs et j'avais le mauvais modèle à l'intérieur de la boîte. J'ai pu les échanger sans aucun problème le lendemain avec la facture.
Pas de remboursement ni échange très important a savoir ! Le staff est vraiment très très très gentil
Refuse de reprendre un item défectueux malgré qu'ils aient dit le contraire au moment de l'achat. Faut regarder les prix bien comme il faut, c'est parfois plus cher qu'au Costco, surtout pour l'électronique (et aucune garantie!!)
