Very poor customer service especially the staff named Afsal didn’t even bother to assist to my needs I purchased a lot of stuff a couple days ago they helped me with the price today I came to purchase the same item and they tried to charge me more which indicates that their price is set random
There auction is a joke they have insane high reserve prices for everything so no one bids on stuff … ITS AN AUCTION TAKE YOUR RESERVES OFF or just keep selling your stuff in stores . Waste of 5 mins I’ll never get back
I purchased a portable AC unit here because it was a great price. However when I brought it home it was missing a remote and would not change the settings or temperature. I called then returned the unit for an exchange as per store policy. Not only did they take the new one out of the box for me to test, but they carried it to my car. I was very happy with the service received her and will be back!
