I went to Liquid Town to purchase a bottle of scotch whisky for a specific event. I did not know what kind to scotch whiskey to purchase so I asked the person in charge who appeared to be the manager/owner for assistance in making a selection. Apparently the $65 bottle selection that he steered me towards was not a very good one. I brought the bottle back along with the original receipt and asked the same man if I could exchange it for a higher quality bottle, costing more than twice the price of the one I purchased.
