One of the worst car wash experiences in Aurora. I canceled my subscription before the new billing cycle, which means my existing plan was still valid. Despite this, the staff refused to provide the car wash. Every visit involves confusion, with employees relying on sticky notes and a pen instead of a proper system. The lack of organization is frustrating, and the staff appears poorly trained. Management was unhelpful and dismissive. Overall, this location is extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend it.

After leaving Delta Sonic I was amazed this tunnel was actually better. Friendly staff. Removes bugs and dries better too!
