Terrible customer service, went 3 times to get my cars switched over. Still didnt get anywhere. The employee don’t have a clue what they are doing. Jose said he was going to take care of me but lied. I waited for over 30 minutes and countless people to go through. I am canceling my membership.
I canceled my subscription on 14 may but later 4 days. Money got deducted from my account. I reached the place back it shows my subscription was still active and the guy over there canceled it. They said their manager gonna call me. But it never happened. So disgusting. The guys over their doesn’t know how to deal with customers
