I got my sisters name tattooed on my wrist as a memorial tattoo and when it started looking blown out they told me it was just the scabs shrinking. It still looks blown in some spots and shaky where the lines don't meet all the way and every time I've gone in for a "free touch up" the receptionist says they don't have time today even though the shop is completely empty. Very poor service. The staff is very inappropriate and unprofessional also.
