Unbelievable! I pre paid for the year 2021. That’s all the service I wanted. I didn’t ask them to come to my house today to spray! When I called today to ask them why they sprayed my yard. The lady was rude and was yelling at me that I should have canceled service. There was no plan for service this yearI didn’t have an agreement this year! IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL SERVICE! We moved five months ago and are continuing to get service on a house that we no longer live at. As well as getting billed. I have called multiple times with no callback. I have also wrote and highlighted on the bill that we no longer live at our old address and to please cancel service. I paid our final bill and noted to cancel any further services. They are continuing to come even though we no longer live there.
