These clowns have been working on my street for quite literally MONTHS. The city had to come in and actually dig out the "work" they did. They take their time, sit around, leave notes on everyone's doors that our water is going to be turned off, without telling us when it'll come back. In fact, the sign stayed on the door over night! Crooks. If you see them on your street, call your municipality.
