RecommendedI don’t like going to the dentist but Loved my experience at Steven Lipton DDS office. He was so gentle that I didn’t experience any pain getting the shots. Great staff. My husband also had his root canal done and had the same experience. Highly recommend him and his staff for a root canal.
I saw Dr. Lipton at the Rochester Hills Office for the 1st time. He and his staff were very professional, warm and personable. His assistant John explained everything to me step by step and made sure my questions were answered. His specialty is “Root Canals”, something no one wants to endure; however, Dr. Lipton made it a pleasant experience and I am currently on the mend with very little pain and agony (better than when I went in). Dr Lipton is the best! I had my first root canal 5 yrs ago in the Tochester Hills location and I was a mess because both my parents were dying, and I was in pain. He was so compassionate and the staff as well. While he was working my pain went away. Today at the Sterling Heights location it was the same thing. Professional and the extra he does to make you comfortable and he explains things. I also was dx'ed with crps/rsd gave him info to read, which he did and he asked me how I was doing. Clean place! Great staff! Go here!
Dr. Lipton is a true expert in the field of root canal dentistry. The facility was very clean and well maintained. He and his staff were very professional and showed a lot of TLC.
I have always been squeamish about dental appointments because I hate being stuck in the mouth with the needles. Dr. Lipton was so good I didn't feel a thing. Not the needles or anything else. He and his staff were very nice and professional. The environment was very clean and sterile and pleasant to be in. The doctors manner was very professional and considerate. I reccomend him to anyone who wants a good job done without pain and discomfort.
If you should need a root canal, I would highly recommend Dr. Lipton. He is professional, explains the procedure and what to expects afterward in a very caring manner. I experienced a pain free procedure and have had no pain nor problems due to his work.

Worst dentist i have ever been to!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, i thought he did a fabulous job at first, but that's before i knew better. They made me feel relaxed and at ease. Dr. L did my root canal and it was infected. every time i went back for a check up "its healing beautifully" was the answer i got. Dr. Lipton messed up my root canal the first time and did not say anything about it, but he did a redo on it and I just now found out that it is still not good!!!!!!
