Dr Lipsky is retired now 😿! He was the all time BEST! He never rescheduled you to come back in for a procedure! When he saw something he took care of the problem right away. My parents and I use Dr Lipsky for years and there never once was anything less than going the extra mile. He never made you come back into his office for a procedure. He did it in site in no time at all.
