This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a water company. It’s our first time ordering water and we love their services. They communicate very clearly. They are very professional, kind, courteous, and it’s obvious that when you’re signing up for the services you’re not going to get water Whenever you want it, you need to get enough for the time until they deliver again which is every two weeks which is understandable or you need to login every month and put on there that you’re skipping the services otherwise y... read more
I am writing on my very last day of service with Lipsey. They are getting a glowing 5 star review because they serviced my office for 2 years and it was a wonderful experience. I love the glass bottles, the warm water for tea, and even the holiday cards and little notes they would leave when they dropped off the water.
