Horrible customer service. Different answers from different people - imply that you are not telling the truth. Would rather write you off as a customer than correct the situation. Bad experience on two separate occasions. Not worth your time.
We had Lipps install our pool this summer. They did a great job, from start to finish. Damon was always willing to take the time to explain our options before the installation, and he was patient in explaining how to care for the pool after the installation. We would recommend Lipps to anyone thinking about installing a pool.
I've been a customer for a long time and they have always been great. Their knowledge and experience is outstanding! They've always been nice to work with and their service work is great. I would recommend them to anyone.

The service man is extremely rude and a no it all. He is always in a bad mood and frankly I'm not sure I trust him and his work.
Some of the worst customer service I have experienced in 19 years of living in the area. No follow through even when the follow through was agreed to in writing. Promises made and not kept. For quality workmanship, keep on looking!
