No clue about the business but a guy driving one of your trucks purposely didn’t let me cross in a parking lot and then flipped me off because I was driving a cybertruck. Great staff you have.
We have a Flagstaff for 8 months the Lippert outside bedroom door has spider cracking around the window in the fiberglass in which is very visible on the outside of the door. It was caused when the window was pressed in and Lippert says they will not cover it by their 1 year warranty. Lippert what part of 1 year warranty dont you understand I've only had the camper 8 months. If anyone at Lippert would like to address this the claim number is 4959136. Received a call from customer service, who felt there may of been an issue with lost emails back and fourth, Tony took the time to reach out to Continental Rv Farmingdale NY who was able to diagnose and fix the issue (float valve) went bad, I am out of warrantee Tony took care of the cost of the part and the cost of the repair very generous of Lippert Component being my unit is a 2017 and out of warrantee, so far no issue with the Hydraulics system. Called these guys when I had an issue with one of my RV slide outs. They helped me diagnose and find the problem. The tech was excellent in his method of troubleshooting and we solved the problem. Thanks much, you guys, for being there with the help needed. Technician was very helpful and patient.
