We've had an ongoing issue with a Lippert made refrigerator (Furrion Model: FCR16DCCASA-BG) in a Brinkley Z2900 RV. We got the RV several months old from a private seller and Lippert promptly invoked the "Sorry our Warranty is not Transferrable" and refused to fix their faulty unit even thought it's been an issue since the refrigerator was practically brand new. Purchased a new camper within a month our dog chewed on the corner of the couches center console cover. After 15 or so emails they tell me they can't give me a part number because it is sewed on. False. It is screwed on with hinges (crooked at that). Then they give me the line: "we can't sell you just the hinged lid you have to buy the $600 console." Waste of time asking them for anything.

Horrible customer service. I farm for a living. When a part breaks you replace it and keep going. I had a part break on a stabilizer, that is obviously designed to break for safety, and they will no sale me the piece. The want me to buy a whole new stabilizer. What a joke, “Sorry sir, we can’t sale you a $20 dollar piece, but we’ll sale you a whole new system for $500!”
