Veterans' Discounts As of December 2012, I've enrolled in Delaware County's veterans' discount program as a provider. This allows local veterans who have recorded their DD-214s, with discounts from local businesses. Mine is 15% on all estate planning services. While the County limits eligible vets, I don't.
