The consultation felt rushed, and Dr. Yuan barely addressed my questions. After my liposuction, I experienced severe swelling and complications that weren’t explained beforehand. The clinic’s lack of transparency and aftercare support made this a regrettable experience.
I went to Dr. Yuan for a BBL, and I came home in tears. The results left me with uneven sides and constant discomfort. There was zero follow-up care, and when I went back for my post-op visit, the doctor acted completely dismissive. They promised a life-changing experience, but it turned into a total nightmare.
I trusted Dr. Yuan for liposuction and ended up with uneven results and painful bruising that lasted weeks. The staff brushed off my concerns, and the recovery was worse than advertised. For the price I paid, I expected better care and results. This experience has left me regretting my decision to choose this clinic.
Wonderful! I have nothing but positive things to say. I’m 10 days post op from lipo and a tummy tuck. I’m loving what I’m seeing so far! When I had a concern, I was brought right in! I needed a med refilled, got it right away. Follow ups are scheduled without me having to jump through hoops. I cannot recommend them enough! They made me so comfortable in such a vulnerable state. 10 stars!
Horrible results!! Went in for a tummy tuck and fat transfer to my breast and I look way worse than before. Staff is incredibly rude.Especially Rosa who thinks she's a nurse but is the receptionists is allowed to speak and act any way towards the customer's. The "guaranteed results" is a joke when you try to schedule follow up they won't answer txt or calls until days later if at all. Save yourself the time and money Dr.Yuan is not a skilled surgeon!!!
