Tried HIFU for the first time. I was a little concerned as I have heard that it can be quite painful. However I was pleasantly surprised. At times it was a little uncomfortable but overall a great experience. I didn't use numbing cream. I will definitely try this treatment again and am really happy with the information and service from the salon.

I bought the Hifu groupon and the place was very dodgy. Tiny, dingy clinic hidden away on a floor with almost nothing else on it. I found the lady very rude with 0 class or tact as she was more interested in my skincare than the actual Hifu service, and tried to sell me her overpriced skincare products. I didn’t ask her to give me a skincare analysis and she was very judgemental of my routine when I told her I did oil cleansing? I’ve just had my 2 session (touch up session) with Iva at Ipswich clinic for eyebrow feathering. She had a lot of knowledge about the services she offers. She sat me down and asked lots of questions about my skin, eyebrows and what I was looking for. She took me through the process and continued to ask me questions so that she understood what I was looking for ie- shape and volume of my brows.
