I am very surprise of the treatment that I have received in this office. Andrea did Cool Sculpting and promise me that if this didn't work they would do it for free. I had appointment on Sep 21, 17 the appointment was cancel then it was rescheduled for the up coming day and then was cancel and haven't heard nothing else until today that I found out they close this site. I paid enough money to get 3 Procedure done. Now they want me to travel from Buffalo NY to Syracuse. Not happening ! I want a refund ! This is wrong of what ... read more

Just completed week 4 of my strawberry treatments. Friends and family have noticed a big difference in my appearance. I never want to leave the program. The staff @ the Buffalo office is amazing. Rocco, Sara, Nicole and Haley are so warm and friendly. I love the encouragement I receive, especially when I fall back into old habits. I highly recommend stopping by for a consultation and see which one of their many programs would be right for you.
The staff were all nice enough. But results were terrible with cool sculpting, even after being retreated, and follow up was non-existent after second treatment. I would not go back. It was not worth the money and pain.
Great experience from start to finish. Sara was extremely through, friendly and honest. She set realistic expectations. I am pleased with my results and would highly recommend the cool sculpting service. It jump started my weight loss journey and gave me the motivation to stick with a plan. Thank you!
