The worse customer service EVER! They call themselves a boutique and what they sale in their is crap. The owner, Hiran, sold me a defective "Colombian Faja" that had problems with the strap from the beginning. It was aparent that they did not put this faja correctly. And 4 days later the faja had a hole in the back. Well, according to Hiran the faja's where made out of steal, they could not break no matter what.
