As others have noted, I recommend steering clear of this firm. Allan Lipman and Jeysa Martinez initially agreed to a fixed fee for legal work. Before starting, I specifically instructed them to stay within this budget and prioritize certain tasks. However, they exceeded the agreed-upon limit without delivering the promised work and then requested additional payment despite our prior agreement. Additionally, their response times were extremely slow, and I found their overall approach unprofessional and ineffective
This law firm will treat you unfairly and I don’t not recommend using them. Had a very bad experience. The communication is very poor. They do not return phone calls or keep you updated. They are now trying to sue my son. Finally, are talking to me on the phone but charging my son. I think Randy is her name she is also very rude and not well mannered.
if i could give 0 stars i definitely would. this law firm will scam you for your money and they cannot be trusted. Save your time and money and choose a different law firm.
They are trying to rob me for money that I don’t have. Not only that but they have done no work or showed me anything. As my legal representative gave me NO advice and have sent me a 7,000$ bill. Secondly, not once have they called me to inform me that I owe this much money. I strongly recommend you do not choose this place to represent you. Please save your money. I’ve attached a picture of the ridiculous pricing. Not to mention I’ve only met them once.
Was not impressed when using them to buy my condo. The staff I worked with were very slow to respond and did not address concerns effectively. Both were inefficient, and failed to properly read statements (including my mortgage balance), did not communicate with me, yet expected me to sign documents blindly, including after they made two billing errors.
