I remember a time when I could call Teamsters benefit Trust; and a friendly, competent person, actually answered the phone. My calls are now answered by an automated system. No matter which, extension I select. The system states, " there are no Personnel available to take your call at this time." Automated system's remove the service, from customer service. Subsequently turning good people into lazy, complacent employees. Afterall, why answer the phone when you don't have too? Thank you so much, Lipman!!
