I think that Lipman Farms is not true to health and sustainability. My family has been making homemade tomato sauce for YEARS!!! I am honestly disgusted that our tomato supplier gave us Lipman tomatoes as there is a warning on the box stating: tomatoes were coated with a petroleum based wax. What is healthy about that?!?? We have learned our lesson this year and we will no longer support suppliers who don't have the same views on health as we do.
