I've seen Dr Lipinski a few times. She is fantastic. Super cool. Calming and kind bedside manner....and she knows her business. Total thumbs up.
Waited a half hour in the waiting room, was finally called back and waited a little more than 1.5 hours for her to come in, I almost left thinking they forgot about me. Dr. Lipinski was extremely rude, she talked down to me regarding my skin condition and rushed through my appt despite how long I waited (she also did not apologize for the wait). Her assistant (a blonde haired woman) was very awkward to have around and was very very unhelpful, she could not answer my few simple questions.
I waited an hour and a half past my appointment time when I finally got up and said something. They said I would be next. They put my in the room and I waited an additional 15 minutes. I got up to leave, then Dr. Lipinski was coming in to see me so I stayed. Well She was very rushy. She was rude. When I wanted to ask a question she told me to "hurry up". She didn't explain anything very well. I felt like a was on a production line and the same treatment is given to anyone that comes in.
Had a cyst removed from my back. Was performed in the office. Was very good and took her time with surgery. Was very satisfied with staff and Doctors. Removal of stitches was difficult. The other Doctor on the staff needed to remove stitches. So it's fair to say surgery went well with no loose strings attached. KUDOS.
I was very unhappy with my experience at Grosse Pointe Dermatology with Dr.Lipinski. I went in to get a patch of cystic acne I've had on my cheek for over a year looked at, and she offered absolutely no solution whatsoever. Looked at my face for three minutes, had a sample of taken, and made me buy her self-labeled "night lotion" which was completely useless and dried out my face. She told me "come back in a month and we'll see if it's gone." I still have the problem to this day. Go elsewhere
Very poor sadly. My daughter had 6 light warts on her feet. We kept going for 6 month / every other week .we probably skipped couple times. I did the treatment at home as expected. Everytime i was given hope. Now she still have the warts and i have $600 bill. Definitely not recommended.
Dr.Lipinski is one of a kind. She always takes her time and answers any questions you may have. She found the perfect solution for me. I've been seeing her for years and wouldn't go anywhere else.??????????
I went to this doctor for a specialized allergy test. Since this is the only reason why I was there I wrote down everything that I was allergic to since I wanted to find products that I could use (especially on my face) that I would not have to throw away because of a reaction. She did read what I wrote and made fun of me for this. After the 4 day allergy test a person working in this office not a nurse just handed me the probably 6 page report and did not go over anything just told me to read it.
